How sizing works: every tier is hand-painted to order on rounded canvas with no frame, in the same composition and palette as the original. Price scales with the painted area.

About this painting

Kali's luminous blue face and direct gaze, emerging from darkness. Original canvas, unframed — fierce and unsoftened.

This piece doesn't ease you in. Kali's blue features, red tongue, gold crown, and traditional nose ring all emerge directly out of black, and the gaze is aimed straight ahead — nothing about the composition offers a softer read. That's deliberate. Kali here is painted as transformation through confrontation, not comfort, and the stark contrast between the luminous features and the surrounding dark keeps that feeling front and center. It's suited to collectors drawn to fierce, unflinching goddess imagery rather than a gentler devotional style — a dedicated practice space, or simply a wall built around bold, transformative work. Original, hand-painted canvas, rounded and unframed.
