Shipping, returns & provenance
Insured worldwide shipping
Every painting travels in a custom-built crate with acid-free wrapping and corner protection. Shipping and insurance are arranged by the studio after purchase and quoted to your address — no surprise handling fees at checkout.
Dispatch times
Works dispatch within 5–7 business days of purchase once crating is complete. Tracking is emailed to you, and your order page updates through crating, shipped and delivered.
Returns
If a work arrives damaged, contact the studio within 7 days with photographs and we will arrange collection and a full refund. Because each painting is a unique original, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original packaging, with return shipping paid by the collector.
Authenticity & provenance
Each painting is signed by Shalini Tomar and accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity recording title, year and medium. No editions, no reproductions — one of one.
Care
Hang away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Dust with a dry, soft brush only. The studio is glad to advise on framing, lighting and long-term conservation.
